Why the Tallman Giving Fund supports them
Support runs on two tracks. The David Tallman Bursary, $216,000 plus an 8% estate bequest, again carries the name of Gord and Bev's son. Separately the family has pledged $200,000 with a further 8% bequest toward lung cancer research, part of an $8 million fund at the Faculty of Medicine, and funds scholarships in the Faculty of Management.
