About True Patriot Love
Canada's foundation for the military community, founded in 2009. It funds community-based programs for Canadian Armed Forces members, veterans and their families across four areas: stronger military families, well-being and mental health, rehabilitation and recovery, and connection with communities.
Why the Tallman Giving Fund supports them
A planned future gift of $200,000. It sits alongside Support Our Troops in the family's commitment to military families — a thread that runs back to Gord's father's wartime service — and extends that support from the Forces' own assistance fund to the community programs veterans rely on after service.
